I’m sure you’ve all been watching Cruising with Jane Mcdonald Friday nights. Aside from the beautiful ships and gorgeous ports you may have noticed Janes fabulous bag collection.

Jane loves her handbags, especially her Mia Tui bags, so much so that you’ll often see her sporting 3 or more in just one episode of “Cruising with Jane Mcdonald”

I’ve chosen 3 bags from the collection that I think are perfect for cruising and travelling in general.

1. The Jennie

This is number 1 because it’s my personal favourite from the Mia Tui collection. I have the Jennie in Tan and I use it daily as my baby bag/handbag. It holds nappies, wipes, food, bowl, spoon, spare change and still has tonnes more room for my own things!

It’s perfect for keeping all your handbag essentials in whilst still having room for you to pop your swimming costume in so you can go for a swim as soon as you board the ship! It’ll hold all your travel documents in its one of it’s many large inside pockets too.

One of the Jennie’s best features has to be that it can slip over your suitcase handle keeping your hands free in those busy ports and airports! It even comes with a clear toiletries bag and a matching clutch that has removable shoulder and wrist straps which makes the perfect bag for formal nights.

There’s so many reasons you need a Jennie for your next cruise and for everyday life too! Watch the video below to see all her amazing features.

2. The Alex & Oxford

I couldn’t feature one without the other!

These bags essentially do the same thing but it depends on your own personal style as to which one you should buy. The Alex is handbag style and the Oxford is a backpack and they both pack away super small making them perfect for taking on a cruise holiday!

They’re the perfect bags for excursions and they take up hardly any room in your suitcase. They’ll also do you a favour when it comes to the souvenir and duty free buys, save your case space for your clothes, just unpack one of these and fill them up with all your holiday bargains!

These come in loads of lush patterns and at £14 & £12 they’re a total steal!

Here they are in action…

3. The Jane!

Named after the queen of cruising herself, Jane Mcdonald. Could there be a more perfect bag for your upcoming cruise!?

The Jane comes with loads of features including a small clutch bag, an insulated bottle holder, key clip, phone pocket, pen holder and a detachable shoulder strap. And can we just take a second… look at that rose gold! 😍

It’s the perfect bag if you don’t require all the space you get with the Jennie but still want a stylish bag for your gadgets, phone and a few other bits.

I love that Mia Tui give there bags bright inner linings, making it so much easier to find things compared to a black lined bag. So helpful!

About Mia Tui by Creator Charlotte

“Mia Tui was born in 2010 after I’d spent years searching for the perfect bag that would suit my busy lifestyle.

I’m a mother of two, working, going to the gym (well maybe twice a year!), taxi to two girls, shopping and travelling.

I found that all my bags were just empty sacks, you would have a phone holder and maybe a inside pocket, but that was about it, and all the interiors were black (who can find anything in a black hole!)

I designed Mia Tui bags to be the busy woman’s best friend – it is stylish yet completely practical. There is a place for everything, and most of the bags come with their own accessory bags, so you can nip out to lunch with your clutch bag, or easily find your passports.

I was living in Vietnam when I created Mia Tui, and we still have all our bags made there today in my friend Van’s factory, which is under the Mia Tui brand name.

Van is just like me, we’re trying to compete with the big companies but we want to do things better, great products and amazing customer service!

We’re very proud that our team comes before anything else. After all that’s where quality starts, in the hands of our craftsmen and women.

Our bags are made with the highest quality fabrics and we do not use any animal based products throughout the whole Mia Tui range, so suitable for Vegans .

It’s not an understatement to say I love Mia Tui and I’m dedicated to seeing us grow and develop. I hope you’ll come along for what I’m sure will be an exciting journey.

  1. I bought the Jenny mini for my recent cruise and would say it was so useful. As I walk with a stick, I find wheeling a suitcase, bag and stick a handful but as it went over the handles of my case, I was able to walk with my case on one side and stick on the other and not have to worry about my bag falling off my shoulder.
