Pack Like a Cruise Addict

I’ve put together a list of Cruise Addict tried and tested packing tips to help you get the most out of your suitcase on your next Cruise holiday. Let us know what you think in the comments below.

Half & Half

Travelling as a couple? Put half of your clothes in one suitcase and the other half in the other case, that way if one suitcase should go missing you’ll both still have at least half your belongings until your missing case is returned.

Foldable suitcase

Use a soft bodied suitcase like the Xpand. Once you’ve unpacked, fold the case up and slide it under your stateroom bed, making the most of your stateroom space, easy!

Capsule wardrobe

Pack a capsule wardrobe to make the most of precious case space. Choose a small collection of clothes that can be put together in different ways and includes everything you would normally need to wear. Multi-use jackets and trousers are a good place to start.

Vacuume & Roll

Great space saver this one. Pack your outfits together in the storage bags and once the airs been removed you’ll have double the space, combine this with rolling the bags before you pack and you’ll end up with enough room for the kitchen sink! Don’t forget to choose vacuume bags that come with a travel pump like these or you’ll be stuck when it comes to packing again before you leave the cruise!

Seperate your Shoes

Put all your shoes together in a carry-on case. Shoes are very awkward fitting and putting them all together in one smaller case will free up your larger case for everything else!

Packing cubes

Amazing for super organised packers. You can separate your smalls from your toiletries and keep your makeup away from your clothes! These waterproof cubes give you extra security when packing those potentially leaky items. Perfect!
